The management board of CHB consists of two managing directors under supervision of a supervisory board. The board of supervisory directors consists of Karina Lombardi-de Freitas Brás RA, MSc. as President and drs. Zahira Picus and drs. François Simon as members. The managing directors are drs. Roxanne Eisden RC and mr. Michael Hellburg.
